The Savoy Hotel London

I had the most really good stay for my very special birthday celebration! The service at this hotel is unparalleled. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made me feel like a VIP. The attention to detail was perfect, from the seamless check-in process to the surprise birthday cake waiting in my room. The decor of the hotel is fine, with beautiful flowers and elegant furnishings throughout. The Beaufort bar was the perfect place to enjoy a drink with friends, and the cocktails were great. The hotel even were great by providing a personalized Certificate for my recent Masters Degree. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was superb. Despite a few minor noise disturbances from outside, my overall experience at this hotel was beyond compare. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stay. I can't thank the Savoy enough for making my birthday so special.

The location of Kaspar's restaurant is perfect, as it is close to the Savoy theatre and the tube station. there are many other amazing restaurants nearby. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with friendly and welcoming interactions. The breakfast at the hotel is exceptional, and the views from the river-facing rooms are breathtaking.

The facilities in the room could be improved to cater to modern needs, such as having more plug sockets and the ability to connect devices to the TV.

We stayed in a hotel located conveniently on the tube line and close to popular tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with fluffy towels. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed dining in both restaurants, with the food being of high quality. The hotel also offered various facilities, such as a spa, and advantages such as complimentary drinks and chocolate.

Some younger staff members seemed overwhelmed and struggled to meet guest expectations at times.

Really good service, friendly staff, comfortable room, great atmosphere, upgraded room.

New Year's at this hotel was amazing! The staff were great too make our stay nice. The room was fine, with luxurious touches and the comfiest beds. We were actually surprised by the variety of bars and restaurants within the hotel. The location was perfect, with key attractions just a short walk away. We also loved the perfect attention to detail throughout our stay.

We did have a couple of small issues. The breakfasts were quite long and the quality of the dishes was mediocre.

Wonderful service, from directions to personalized birthday surprises. Beautiful and spacious accommodation. Expensive but worth the experience. Grand luxury. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with really good staff, who made me feel special. The suite I stayed in was pleasant, and I enjoyed fine views across the Thames. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk to Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the food in the River restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was beautifully presented, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive to all my needs.

During our recent stay, we had the pleasure of dining at Kasper's. The experience was nothing short of really good. The atmosphere was elegant and cute, and the staff were really nice too make us feel special. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious, from the perfectly cooked eggs to the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. We left the restaurant feeling indulged and satisfied.

We were delighted to find a karaoke room available for some fun-filled nights of singing and laughter. The casino on-site added an extra element of excitement to our stay.

We felt absolutely spoilt during our time at the hotel, with nothing to complain about.

The location was also perfect, just a short walk from major attractions and shopping areas. Plus, the staff were friendly and always willing to assist, making the overall experience more enjoyable.

The noise from outside, especially in the early mornings. It was difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep with the constant sound of trucks delivering goods.

My six, night stay at this hotel was an incredibly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, facial, treatments room and restaurant were all top, notch. the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, fulfilling all of my needs in a timely and efficient manner.

The check, in staff could have been more welcoming and friendly, as their abrupt demeanor dampened my initial excitement.

the luxurious amenities such as the Spa & wellness center and indoor swimming pool offered great relaxation. the restaurant provided mouth-watering dishes with special diet menus catering to my preferences. the private facilities in the room added to the exclusivity of the venue, adding to an overall unforgettable experience.

Although everything ran smoothly, the breakfast buffet left a minor impression on my experience. the options were limited, and the coffee could have been stronger.
